Orkhan Javadli
Orkhan is an MIT MBA and AI/ML engineer working on agentic systems, evaluation and monetization. He is co-founder and CEO of hAip, where he architected AI-native multimodal classification system for millions of users to drive 11x ROI and authored the Target-Evaluate-Improve (TEI) Loop for self-improving agents. Before MIT he spent 12 years shipping CRM, BI and pricing systems across tech, telecom and financial services — as Chief Commercial Officer of a national telco he led a 135-person organization to lift ARPU 24% and cut churn from 7.4% to 1.7%.
